External beam radiation therapy (EBRT) alone has been the standard treatment for early stage Grade 1-2 follicular lymphoma (FL) for the past 30 years based primarily on small retrospective single institution series. The relative improvement in patient (pt) outcomes for pts treated with and without EBRT has never been tested in randomized trials.
