Clinical associate professor of the Department of Radiation Oncology, the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University since December of 2003. Fellow in Radiation therapy physics at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation 1987-1990. PhD in Biophysics (Medical Physics) in 1993 at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Board certified in therapeutic physics by the American Board of Radiology. Areas of interest: IGRT, Gamma Knife radiosurgery, radiation dosimetry, radiation protection.
