Inhibition of N‐linked glycosylation disrupts the function of multiple RTKs over‐expressed by tumor cells. Specific inhibition of regulatory enzymes in this pathway produce marked tumor cell radiosensitization, confirming this pathway as a novel target for radiosensitization. Molecular imaging of this biosynthetic process provides further evidence that N‐linked glycosylation can be targeted in vivo.
