Conclusions:
Patient setup is much faster with MVision and no bbs or external fiducials are needed to obtain the clinical offsets. The integrated system of MVision allows the entire IGRT process to be performed in one-third of the time while CT-on-rails offers better images for soft tissues. All the studied sites show comparable shifts using the automatic capability of MVision, except for prostate where deviation of up to 0.8 cm was observed.
